Changes to Real Estate Law and another good reason to choose Property Finding and Management.

A meeting  was held  early September to discuss the changes in the real estate law.  Listening to this, I am now satisfied, not that I ever wasn't, that more care is taken from the private sector.  It was interesting to note that Property Managers employed by Real Estate companies no longer need to be qualified. They will be self employed contractors and the Licensee holds not responsibility. So the office girl can simply do rentals and look after properties worth $$$$$$$$$$$$ and have no responsibility.  I know who I would choose!
